Netflix claimed it was a detective thriller/murder mystery but honestly, it was yet another ghost story in the vein of The Grudge or Ringu. Ghost haunting a specific area and murdering the men who did her wrong – in this case raped and brought about her murder when someone covered it all up. And she got pregnant as result so she’s often in the company of a ghost child. Oh, and there’s even an email that gets sent to all of her victims before she does them in. Original.

There’s also the 2 detectives on the case whose names I don’t remember – and I just watched the movie if that tells you anything. The woman was raped at some point and we keep getting back story into that. The the man detective is her new partner who seems pretty klutzy according to the other detectives. I didn’t see it but since they told us, the viewer, that he is, I guess we’ll just have to believe them. He also ends up having secrets and backstorys of his own.

I was bored watching this. To similar to other recent Asian horror movies and to easy to guess. Blah. Maybe I’m just mad because I was supposed to be getting the new Friday the 13th but Netflix decided to skip down the list and send this treasure instead.
